Long hair must be tied back into a ponytail or bun for most classes
No street shoes are allowed on the studio dance floors
We understand that sometimes your child must miss a class. Please notify your instructor and join using any one of our tech enabled options.
Rising Star Dance Academy reserves the right to close a class if it is full or if there is not enough interest.
Registration Policies
An annual membership fee of $40 per student is charged at the time of registration
There is no registration fee for session classes
A parent or guardian must sign the completed registration form at the first lesson, prior to participation
Upon enrollment, you must provide a credit card to remain on file in our autopay tuition system to ensure tuition is paid in full. You can change or update this card info anytime, by accessing the parent portal here.
Tuition Policies
Rising Star Recreational Program is billed monthly in nine equal payments via our auto-payment plan.
Refunds are not given for missed classes.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Your credit card will be auto-billed on the 5th of the month for the amount on your statement. Payments may be paid via check or cash before the 5th of every month to avoid the autopay.
Account needs to be up to date in order to participate in classes.
Session classes need to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Recital Policies
We have multiple shows for both our Holiday & Spring Recitals to keep the duration of the shows shorter for younger dancers. If your dancer is in multiple classes or you have multiple dancers in different classes, they may result in different recitals. We do our best to keep families together in the same show, but this is not always possible. Please note you may have to purchase tickets to multiple shows.
Enrollment
At the end of each dance season/session, all current students are automatically enrolled in the next dance season/session based on the instructors recommendations.
In the event you need to make a change to your class(es) or drop altogether, please fill out the change/drop form below, or stop at the front desk for a paper form. You will continue to be charged until your drop form is received.
